Our Curriculum
 
We offer a 3-year full-time high school program for students who have graduated from secondary school and are taking the high school entrance examination (Age 16+). All students will be registered as full-time high school students and receive high school student status.
 
Pathway 1 (National): Students complete the national high school curriculum in the first and second years and take the high school graduate examination (会考 / Huikao) in the second year. Students who pass the examination will receive a high school graduation certificate and diploma in the third year. Simultaneously, in the third year, students will take the Nationwide Unified Examination for Admissions to General Universities and Colleges (高考 / Gaokao) and apply to domestic Chinese universities/colleges for undergraduate or vocational diplomas based on their Gaokao results.
 
Pathway 2 (International): Students complete the national high school curriculum in the first and second years and take the high school entrance examination in the second year. Students who pass the examination will receive a high school graduation certificate and diploma in the third year. Simultaneously, in the second and third years, students will study the OxfordAQA International GCSE and International A-Level courses, take the examinations, and obtain certificates. At the end of the second year, students will apply to overseas universities for undergraduate studies based on their international curriculum results and will begin their undergraduate studies at a foreign university in the third year.

Admissions Policy and Procedures
 
Unified High School Admission Scheme

 
Secondary School graduates / candidates (Age 16+) must follow the Taizhou Education Bureau's Unified High School Admission Scheme and complete our school's application process according to the following standard high school application procedure.
 
1. Preparation: Before filling out their applications, candidates should review the city's admissions policies and the Taizhou Education Bureau's Guide to High School Entrance Examination Enrolment (hereinafter referred to as the Guide). They should carefully read important sections such as "Interpretation of Relevant Issues Regarding High School Entrance Examination Enrolment," "Instructions for Filling Out Applications," and "Explanations Regarding Enrolment Plans" in the Guide, and make careful selections and complete the application process. The electronic version of the Guide can be found on the Taizhou Education Network and the application website.
 
2. Filling out the Application Form: Based on careful reading of the relevant materials and their own circumstances, candidates should carefully select the schools they wish to apply to in the corresponding batch and fill out the *Taizhou Education Bureau's High School Enrolment Application Form*. Candidates can download this form from the application website.
 
3. Online Application: Candidates must log in to the Taizhou Education Network (http://jyj.taizhou.gov.cn/) within the specified time, click "High School Entrance Examination Enrolment" to enter the application interface, and enter the information from the application form into the corresponding school's application field. After completing the application, a dynamic password must be verified before clicking the "Save" button. After verification, click the "Save" button. Late submissions will not be accepted. When submitting their application information online, the online application system will perform data logic verification. If errors are detected, candidates must carefully check the information they have entered until it is correct.
 
4. Application Information Confirmation: Each school will print a unified application information verification form. Candidates must carefully check their school choices within the specified time. After verification, the candidate and their parent or guardian must sign the verification form. Applications that have not been confirmed are invalid. Current students should sign the form at their registered school, while students registering for the high school entrance examination in their place of household registration should sign the form at the location designated by the municipal (district) education bureau. Confirmed application information will be stored in the candidate's electronic file. The signed verification form will be submitted by the school to the municipal (district) education bureau for retention for six months.
